At Manufacturing Home Works we are highly experienced and knowledgable when it comes to your financing options.
We have a great deal of experience in residential lending and can certainly help you understand the loan process, advise you of the lenders in the industry and answer your questions along the way. Currently there are not a great deal of lenders serving manufactured housing, however this is expected to change due to a new government initiative to provide greater financing options to this underserved housing segment.
